Waste of time and $1

This app is useless! The houston radar was horrible resolution. And the app seemed to be very unresponsive. Here in Houston the sky is clear, but this app shows a bunch of green stuff (ground clutter?) all over the city. Do not waste your time! I tried to rate with no stars, but rating system required a min of one star.
